Booking Instructions

Please read the instructions below for our booking procedure so that you know what to do if you want to come on the trip:

1) Tickets are available online at bradfordunisu.co.uk

2) The tickets will be on sale up until 10.00am on the nearest working day before the event, unless the trip has sold out. You will be emailed a digital ticket.

3) Please bring your 6 character reference number with you on the day.  Located on the PDF attachment under the bar code.

Refund Policy

Requests for a refund must be made before 12noon on the Thursday before the trip will take place. For example, if a trip was on Saturday, then the request must be made before 12noon on the Thursday before.

Exceptions to the two day notice can be made by Deborah Moore.

There may be trips where refunds cannot be offered.
